🎾🌱 Game, Set… Wimbledon! 🌱🎾

Some of our Year 6, Year 7 and Year 8 pupils enjoyed an unforgettable day at the prestigious Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships, watching world-class tennis unfold on Court 2 during Day 2 of the tournament.

They witnessed some fantastic matches, including Amanda Anisimova’s victory over Yulia Gjočka and Otto Virtanen’s impressive win against fourth seed Ben Shelton. Experiencing the atmosphere of one of the world’s greatest sporting events was truly inspiring for our pupils and brought the excitement of professional tennis to life.

To round off the day, everyone enjoyed a visit to the Wimbledon Shop, where they had great fun choosing souvenirs to remember a fantastic day at one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.
