At EIFA, our community is guided by five core values: curiosity, determination, cooperation, respect, and responsibility. These principles shape our bilingual learning environment and support both academic excellence and personal growth. They help our pupils become confident, thoughtful, and resilient individuals, ready to thrive in a global world.

Curiosity
We encourage pupils to ask questions, explore ideas, and develop a genuine love of learning. Curiosity drives academic engagement across both French and English, helping pupils deepen their understanding of the world and think independently.

Determination
We support pupils in developing perseverance and resilience when facing challenges. Whether in their studies or personal growth, pupils are encouraged to keep going, learn from mistakes, and build confidence through effort.

Cooperation
Learning at EIFA is rooted in collaboration. Pupils work together across languages and cultures, learning to listen, share ideas, and contribute positively to group work and the wider school community.

Respect
We foster an inclusive environment where every member of the community is valued. Pupils are encouraged to show respect for themselves and others, as well as consider different perspectives, helping to create a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibility
We help pupils take ownership of their actions, learning, and behaviour. Responsibility is developed through independence, accountability, and a growing understanding of how their choices impact others and their learning journey.
