• • School lunch will be charged at £490 per term, for 2025-2026
  • School lunch charges are not subject to VAT
  • From 1st January 2026, a fee of £50 per term shall be charged for non-residential trips and enrichment activities. This fee is not subject to VAT
  • A 5% discount is applicable on fees paid yearly in advance
  • A 5% discount per sibling applies to the second child, up to 15% in total (3 siblings)
  • School fees are subject to yearly reviews

Early Years Funding Policy

EIFA International School is a registered provider under the Early Years Funding Policy  for eligible 3- and 4-year-olds and offers up to 15 hours of free entitlement funding per week from 08:30 to 11:30.  This is dependent on the funding continuing to be available, the pupil being eligible, and the School continuing to offer places under this scheme.  It does not offer extended free childcare above 15 hours per week. 

The School also offers up to 15 hours of free entitlement funding for eligible 2-year-old children of working families.  Parents need to apply for eligibility checking and provide their code to the school.

The School reserves the right to withdraw from either or both schemes at any time and offers a limited number of free entitlement only places.  Please contact the Registrar for more information.

For eligible pupils, the fees are as follows:

 Payment of Fees

School fees are payable termly in advance, and accounts must be settled in full on, or before, the first day of each term. Interest will be charged on overdue fees. Pupils will not be allowed to start school until invoices have been settled.

Extras – other costs, including transport, residential trips, after-school clubs, PE kit, lost or damaged books, iPads/laptops, private music tuition will be invoiced separately.

Please note that a full term’s written notice is required for the withdrawal of your child from EIFA or a term’s fees in lieu will be due.  A term’s notice means written notice given no later than the first day of the term before the term to which the notice relates. Notices must be emailed, hand delivered or sent by recorded or guaranteed delivery post to the Head of School.  Our postal address is:  EIFA International School 36 Portland Place, London, W1B 1LS.

Fees are also payable if EIFA International School is closed for any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, lack of essential services and weather conditions.

Please note that all international bank transfers are to be made net of all bank fees. EIFA reserves the right to invoice parents all bank fees charged to the school.

Late Payment

EIFA school reserves the right to charge interest at 5% above the base rate, at the time, for late payment of fees.
