Online Safety

In today’s fast-paced, digitally driven world, emerging technologies continue to affect the way we live, work, and interact with one another. Many of these technological changes are very beneficial in providing solutions to long-term problems and developing creativity. Unfortunately, they also present significant risks, especially for the younger generation.

At EIFA, children learn about responsible digital use; including appropriate online behaviour, identifying risks, and knowing when and how to seek support.

Pupils can also spend significant amounts of time using technology online at home. The online world is ever evolving, and we understand that keeping up to date with the latest trends, devices and apps may be difficult for parents.

Conscious of this fact, EIFA is producing monthly newsletters in collaboration with Knowsley City Learning Centres, providing updates on the latest trends and risks, as well as advice on supporting your children in their online presence.

These newsletters will be available and updated on this page, along with a useful ‘Parental Controls guide’ and various other useful links.

Quality at the heart of everything we do.

EIFA is an approved centre to offer iGCSEs with Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), as well as Edexcel International GCSEs qualifications from Pearson, which are studied in over 55 countries worldwide and at over 350 independent schools in the UK.

EIFA is an IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate® Diploma Programme. We are also a MLF approved school and AEFE partner.

EIFA offers its students the opportunity to take the DELF (Diploma in French Language Studies) and the DELE (Spanish Diploma).
